| Risk Assessments – All assessments are a legal requirement | |
| Workstation Assessments | Onsite assessment which must be conducted yearly or following any significant change to a workstation, (including a new chair). |
| Young Person Assessments | An assessment conducted to evaluate all risk factors in the workplace which would affect an employee under the age of 18. E.g.: Manual Handling. |
| Home Workers Assessments | An assessment for any employee based from home. Evaluates all risk factors within the home working environment including workstation and equipment. |
| Workplace Assessments | An assessment which evaluates the whole working environment. Mainly used in cases where employees have a disability, require a reasonable adjustments, or there are issues within the office working environment. |
| New & Expectant Mother Assessments | An assessment which evaluates those risk factors which could affect a new or expectant mother. A new mother is anyone who has a baby who is less than 6 months old. |
| Lifestyle Health Screening | |
| Onsite / Offsite Lifestyle Health Screening | A half an hour appointment with a Specialist Nurse, reviewing a pre-completed Lifestyle questionnaire identifying key risk factors, e.g.: smoking, exercise, alcohol and diet. Tests include measurement of body mass index, blood pressure, pulse, cholesterol and diabetic levels and a urine test. |

| Stress Awareness | A half day workshop which includes information on the signs and symptoms of stress, coping strategies and skills. |
| Health & Safety Training | A workshop designed to give all employees an overall guide to the importance of health & safety in the workplace. |
| Sickness Absence Management & Rehabilitation | |
| Case Conferencing Clinics | Individual sickness cases are discussed with an Occupational Health Consultant on how to tackle short and long term absences within an organisation. |
| Likely Length of Absence | Advice provided by an Occupational Health Consultant on the likely length of absence from work by an employee with a particular health issue and whether any reasonable adjustments are required to facilitate a return to work. E.g.: Stress/Depression/Anxiety |
| Rehabilitation Programmes | A rehabilitation programme designed by an Occupational Health Consultant to facilitate and support a phased return to work following a long term illness or injury. |
| Redeployment/Reasonable Adjustment | Advice on any adjustments and/or redeployment required for an employee to return to work or remain at work. This incorporates legal requirements under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). |
| Infectious Diseases | Advice and guidance on containment of an infectious disease within the workplace by a qualified Occupational Health Consultant. Information sheets can be provided on actions required. |
| Accidents & Incidents | |
| Accident Investigations | Investigations conducted onsite or by telephone into reportable accidents (F2508). Reports provided will include recommendations on how to prevent re-occurrences. |
| Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR). | Guidance on how employers can meet their responsibilities under this legislation. Including correct reporting of all incidents, reportable accidents and dangerous occurrences. |
